If you are a customer of Jellystream Lighting in Southeastern Virginia and you are having a problem with your Jellyfish Lighting system, please fill out the support request form below.
Jellystream Lighting will contact you and make every effort to fix the problem over the phone. If we are unable to solve the issue remotely, we will schedule a support visit. If your system is under warranty (1 year for labor and 3 years for parts and equipment) there will be no charge for fixing a valid issue with the system.
If your issue is not warranty related, there will be service fee. Our fee for a non-warranty service issue is $50 plus $50 per hour (billed at 30 minute increments). Please click on the support links on the above navigation bar and see if your issue can be resolved using some of that information.
